All Qurbaani will be completed on the first day of eid according to Saudi Moonsighting. However if you would like your Qurbaani completed on the 2nd day of Eid, this can be arranged. Please let us know in the notes section of your order or email us at info@puregourmet.co.uk 

On request we can donate your meat to our local charity, who will distribute to food banks and madrassas where overseas students reside

All our lambs are slaughtered non stun and are HMC and Organic certified. They will all meet the criteria of age and condition permissible for Qurbani.

The carcass will be cut into curry sized pieces. If you have any special request for cuts then please advise in the special instructions section when placing your order

ALL QURBANI ORDERS WILL BE SLAUGHTERED ON EID DAY, CHILLED FOR 2-3 DAYS AND DISPATCHED ON MONDAY 9TH JUNE. ORDERS WILL ARRIVE ON YOUR DOORSTEP ON TUESDAY 10TH/WEDNESDAY 11TH JUNE.

Standard packing will be as follows:
Chops in 1 bag
Lamb steaks/ diced in 1 bag
Shoulder diced in 1 bag
Rest meat in 1 bag

WE CAN PROVIDE A SERVICE TO PACK ALL CUTS IN 1KG TRAYS, VACUUM PACKED AND LABELLED FOR AN ADDITIONAL £40.

Offal supply is subject to slaughterhouse restrictions so we cannot guarantee it will be included with your order.
