All orders to England, Wales and Scotland (Mainland only). Items will be delivered within 1-2 days of the order being processed.
Standard Delivery (before Noon)
An additional charge applies if you wish to have your order delivered before 12pm (Noon) on the date of delivery.
All deliveries to the UK will be delivered by APC.
Orders to other parts of the United Kingdom
Orders to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Dublin, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and the Scilly Isles will incur additional charges, which can be paid for at the checkout.
Standard Delivery - one to two days after despatch.
Next day before 12pm - next weekday before 12pm after despatch.
Your order is prepared the day before your estimated delivery date and sent by courier who will deliver your parcel within the specified time frames listed above depending on what delivery option you have chosen, and whether the items are in stock.
We only send deliveries Monday to Thursday on the standard delivery service (1-2 days). All orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be sent on the following Monday.
Orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be sent within 48 hours of payment being received and the items being in stock. In the event any item is not immediately available, we will delay the despatch of your order until the item is available.
If you require delivery on a specific date, please leave a note when placing your order or alternatively, you can email us with your preferred delivery date and we will contact you if we can ensure delivery.
All orders received after 21st December will be shipped after the Christmas holiday period.
All goods are packed in thermal boxes and securely wrapped in ice packs or gel packs. If there is a delay in the delivery, goods are packed to last 2 days without perishing. The meat is frozen prior to posting, as we believe it reaches the customer without losing any quality.
We cannot accept any liability for goods that have been sent back to the depot and perished.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the parcel on the day of delivery. If an attempt was made to deliver and failed due to nobody present at the premises, then the customer will be held responsible and liable for the loss of goods (due to deterioration in the product), in this respect no claim can be made against Pure Gourmet.
