Halal AngusT Bone steak by Pure Gourmet is a chunky meat lovers steak cut from the short loin, and  has two different steaks attached to the bone. On the long side it has the sirloin and on the short side it has a succulent fillet. This double steak gives you the flavours best of both worlds. Our Grass Fed Angus Beef cuts at Pure Gourmet are matured in our salt aging room for that high quality finish.
