Halal Wagyu Beef Silverside Roast (2.3-2.5kg)

Halal Wagyu Silverside by Pure Gourmet is a large, lean, boneless cut of meat with a course grained texture. The cut is taken from the hind quarter of the animal, between the rump and the leg.  Silverside gets its name from the shiny silvery membrane covering its internal surface. It is mostly used for roasting joints, braising steaks or dice. Our Grass Fed Wagyu Beef cuts at Pure Gourmet are matured in our salt aging room for that high quality finish.
