What is a Pure Gourmet Lamb?

Due to current European Legislation any animals which are slaughtered Non Stun Halal, cannot be labelled as organic.

Our Pure Gourmet Lamb are raised on ORGANIC land which has never been sprayed with any fertilisers and Grass fed on organic land, No Antibiotics, No GMO and Naturally reared outdoors. Upto this point we can certify the lamb as organic . However as the lambs are slaughtered non stun, the lambs will be now labelled as Pure Gourmet Lamb.
