What is a Pure Gourmet Chicken?

Due to current European Legislation any animals which are slaughtered Non Stun Halal, cannot be labelled as organic.

Our Pure Gourmet Chickens are raised on land where there is No Fertilisers, we feed the birds with Hi Peak Organic Feed which is approved by an organic association, No GMO in the feed, No Antibiotics, Naturally reared outdoors where they peck away at green pasture. This whole process creates a naturally reared Gourmet bird , which tastes delicious and benefitting to our body and soul. So although we cannot label it as Organic, we have branded it as our Pure Gourmet Chicken.

Availability Fresh on 7th July 2026

Currently all stock listed on our website has been cut from fresh on day of slaughter, vacuum packed , labelled and then Frozen.

If you require fresh availability before we freeze the stock, then please email us for further information.
